For transparency: please account for 2000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Rates include concierge service, pre-stocking, as well as twice per week grocery delivery, and housekeeping every other day. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
