This charming littlev illa is ideal for smaller families or close groups of friends. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people in its two bedrooms. It was built in the early 20 th century but it was completely renovated in 2021 to offer the best experience to its guests. All the rooms are decorated in a mixture of modern and traditional style with stonework touches. On the ground floor you will find a lovely living room with a fireplace ideal for relaxing, a modern kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom is located on the first floor together with a spacious bathroom. The exterior of the villa features an outdoor swimming pool with a set of very comfortable loungers, and if you would like to avoid heating up the main house with cooking you can use the cosy summer kitchen and grill, serving the meal in the outdoor dining area for 6 people.

In case of cancellation within 48 hours after the advance payment, if there are more than 30 days until the start of the service, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 29 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.
