Villa Privlaka is very beautiful and cozy place (200m2), located in Privlaka, 20 km away from Zadar and 5 km away from Nin. The holiday house has 2 swimming pools, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and 4 bathrooms. For total relaxation, in one of the bathrooms there is also a sauna. The house, completely independent, is ideal for large families or groups of friends, and offers a high degree of privacy. It is just 3 minutes’ walk from the first beach (100m). It is also a great choice for guests interested in sandy beaches, especially appropriate for children.
Whole house comes equipped with a full kitchen with new and modern household appliances (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster…) flat-screen cable television, and air conditioning. One living room offers you a great place for entertainment where playing table football and PlayStation 4 is always a good idea. Two floor house also has a barbecue place near the pool, where you can prepare delicious outdoor meal. On the terrace, there is huge garden furniture with big table and deckchairs for relaxing yourself.
For young children, a cot and children’s chair are also available. In activity room, there is a small kitchen for playing. Whole house was renovated in 2018 with nice and quality material.
The price also includes laundry facilities (washing machine, iron,ironing-board),towels and bed linens(weekly change), taxes, electricity, final cleaning and the wood for the fireplaces.
Except for parking spaces on the plot, there are also 2 parking spaces by the house.
