Villa Sukošan is located on a spacious property of 2000 m² and offers 190 m² of living space, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests in 6 elegantly designed bedrooms. The property consists of a main house featuring one large apartment on the first floor and a smaller house divided into two separate apartments. This layout makes Villa Sukošan an excellent choice for families or groups who wish to spend their vacation together while still enjoying privacy and independence. On the ground floor of the smaller house, there is a 60 m² apartment featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room with a TV, which opens directly onto a terrace with a dining table and a pleasant view of the pool and garden. The apartment includes a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, with a queen-size bed suitable for one adult or two children, as well as a work desk. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower. On the first floor of the smaller house, you’ll find another apartment of 50 m² with a cozy living room that opens onto a balcony overlooking the pool and garden, a kitchen, and two bedrooms. The main house features a large apartment located on the first floor, offering 80 m² of interior space (not including balconies). It consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with a TV and access to one of three balconies, each providing a lovely view of the surroundings. This apartment includes two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own private balcony, while the second bedroom has two single beds. A separate toilet is also available.
