Experience tranquility at Villa Soleil, nestled in the serene village of Mali Kosi across 124 m². This two-story haven boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, a deck area, and a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace for barbecues. Just a 15-minute drive away is the town of Labin, offering access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a vibrant marketplace. For coastal delights, the resort town of Rabac is a picturesque 13-minute drive, revealing stunning pebble beaches, an expansive promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and thrilling boat excursions.
LIVING ROOM
On the first floor is a spacious and comfortable living room with a charming fireplace, a three-seater, and a two-seater sofa, a dining area, and a kitchen. There's a cozy fireplace and a 43-inch smart satellite television. Close to the entrance are a guest toilet and a storage room.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a dining area that accommodates six persons. It includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, espresso filter, and Nespresso coffee machines, a microwave, and a hand mixer. Close to the kitchen, there is a second storage room.
BEDROOMS
On the first floor are three bedrooms, of which one bedroom has an attached bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160×200 cm). The master bedroom features an attached bathroom and direct access to the panoramic balcony. Comfortable beds with quality cotton bed linen ensure a premium bedtime experience.
BATHROOMS
Two bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower with a rain shower option, sink, and toilet. On the ground floor is a guest toilet. On the deck area, there's also an outdoor shower with cold and warm water.
TERRACE & PATIO
The covered terrace, with a dining table for six people, offers panoramic sea views and a fireplace area close to the covered terrace. From the covered terrace, you can see in the distance the island of Cres, creating an impressive picture, especially at night. The patio and sea invite visitors to linger, relax, and be together.
SWIMMING POOL
The outdoor area has been designed for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 21 m² (7×3 m) swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a deck area with six sun loungers. Two parasols and natural shade provide protection from the sun. The pool water can be heated*, and it operates on saltwater.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Near the bedrooms is a practical storage/laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and an ironing set.
*Pool heating is available at an additional cost.

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- Between 7 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
- Between 0 and 6 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at [email protected].
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.
