Villa Ivana is located at the entrance of the town of Split, in a quiet neighborhood full of shrubs and trees providing tranquility, yet it is close to shops and cafes. A big shopping center, Mall of Split, is only 5 minutes’ walk, while the surrounding villages, Solin and Kaštela are located nearby.
This lovely villa can accommodate up to 8+1 persons, and it comprises of a sitting room, kitchen / dining area, 5 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, an exercise area, an entertainment area, and indoor and outdoor children's playground.
The ground floor consists of kitchen, living area, 2 king size bedded rooms, 1 single bedded room, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath tub).
The first floor consists of an entertainment area, living room, gym, 1 king size bedded rooms, 1 single bedded room, bathroom with a shower.
The ground floor living room has been equipped with an A/C unit, cable TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi. Furthermore, all bedrooms have been equipped with an A/C unit as well. The villa is fully air conditioned, with 6 A/C units in total.
The outdoor area consists of a large garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables (at guests' disposal), a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a toilet, a lounging area and a dining area with a stone fireplace. A pool (billiards) table is located in the basement. The town center is four kilometers away, while the beautiful Žnjan Beach is five minutes away by car.
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
