Spreading over a plot of 10 000m2 with a living area of 600m2, villa Korčula with its ground floor and first floor is suitable for comfortable accommodation for up to 14 persons. Villa Korčula’s outside area offers a private swimming pool (100m2) surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, outdoor furniture, and covered dining area, and a barbecue.
A fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, laundry room, and two king-size bedded rooms of which one has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the other room has access to a shared bathroom with shower, are located on the ground floor of Orvas Villa Korčula. One of the bedrooms is connected to a spacious pool area by large opening glass walls.
The first floor of the Orvas Villa Korčula can be reached by internal stairs, where there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area. Furthermore, there are three master bedrooms that are part of this floor, each with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, while two rooms have king-size beds and access to a shared bathroom with a shower.
