Villa Southern Sun is located in a place called Vitaljina, in the Konavle region, approximately 45 kilometers from the city of Dubrovnik. Spreading on a plot of 2000 m2, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, this charming villa is an ideal holiday retreat for a family or friends’ group who are searching for peace, privacy, and entertainment amenities such as a large swimming pool, badminton court, pool table, darts, PlayStation console, etc. Furthermore, at the guest’s disposal are two stone fireplaces, one indoors and another outdoors, and a bread oven.

Villa Southern Sun can accommodate up to 8 people total, on two levels. On the ground floor where there is a game room (pool table, dartboard, and table football) and a tavern (initially was used as an olive mill for olive oil production), with a table for 16 people, a fireplace for barbecue, a bar with stove, fridge, oven, and dishwasher machine. In a separate room, there is a couch with a TV set. The tavern has a stereo system where you can play music from CD, USB, or connect your cell phone or an iPod. Next to it, there is a a toilet with washing machine.

The first floor is a living and sleeping area, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and 2 bathrooms, one with a massage shower, and the other with a Jacuzzi.  Each of the four double bedrooms has its own Smart TV and king-size beds (180x210 cm).

The outside area offers a large 50m2 swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The pool has been equipped with counter-current swimming, pool lighting change color remote control. Additionally, one part of the pool can be used as a hydro massage tub.
 Next to the terrace and the swimming pool, there is a ‘glorijet’ - a traditional covered terrace and a summer kitchen with a table for 20 people made of 120 years old Croatian oak, a barbecue, bread oven, refrigerator, ice maker, and an oven. In front of ‘glorijet’ there is a foot-tennis and badminton court, sketched in standard measures. Foot tennis is a popular local game that combines football, tennis, and volleyball.

The house is fully air-conditioned. Wireless Internet is available throughout the house as well as the whole property. Parking for 4 vehicles is available at the premises.

For cancellations made 40 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price will be charged.
For cancellations made 39 days before the arrival date and less , a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price will be charged.
