The villa is situated in Kaštel Lukšić, between cities of Split and Trogir. Both city centers are protected by UNESCO as the World Heritage Sites. Furthermore, the villa is only 7 km away from the airport, 17 km from the ferry port, 3,8 km from marina, and 1,1 km from the gas station.
The villa comprises of big and small kitchen, dining / living room area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, separate WC, gym, sauna and tavern with an indoor fireplace. The interior surface is 350 m2 big and it spreads over three floors. It’s big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms.
Bedrooms are as follows: on the first floor are double bedroom, twin bedroom, and twin bedroom with two additional beds (beds size 80 x 200 cm). On the ground floor is double bed, and the last two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (double bedroom and triple bedroom with double and single bed).
To make your stay as pleasant as possible the villa has been equipped with all equipment you might need, like air-conditioning, heating, wireless Internet, TV set, and washing machine.
The outside area features a beautiful swimming pool, shower and WC. In addition, at your disposal is outdoor hot tub and it’s possible to organize a daily cleaning upon request (surcharge).
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
