In the middle of a green oasis, there is a spacious outdoor heated pool of 45 sqm surrounded by sun loungers and a summer lounge gazebo with a dining area and grill. The outdoor area also offers a spacious green yard suitable for playing with your pet, or you can have fun in a fenced track reserved for playing the traditional Dalmatian game called “boćanje”.
Entering the ground floor from the courtyard, there’s an air-conditioned living room with a dining table, sofas, and Sat TV, as well as a guest toilet, while the special part of this floor is reserved for relaxation, a wellness oasis, with sauna, jacuzzi, a gym. On the same floor, there’s a main living room of this villa, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with an island and dining area with stairs to the upper floor where there are four double rooms and a laundry room.
