The property of the Orvas Villa 42 extends over 500m², with two residential units which can be rented only as a single unit occupies area of 244 m². Each residential unit spreads over two floors – the ground floor and the first floor has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 persons.
 
From the garden, you enter the open space on the ground floor of the bigger residential house. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a comfortable living room with a sofa and indoor fireplace. On this floor, there is one additional toilet. The stairs lead to the first floor which features 3 en-suite bedrooms, air-conditioned. The first room is the master bedroom with a double bed, fireplace, terrace, and a bathroom with a hot tub. The second room is a twin bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a double bed.
 
From the main terrace on the property, you enter the wellness area with a sauna and lounge where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The central place of Orvas Villa 42 in the carefully maintained garden is a swimming pool (55m²) surrounded by modern sun loungers, a seating set, and an outdoor shower. In the same area where you will find a summer kitchen with dining furniture, as well as a barbecue and pizza oven. Active guests will love the table tennis, as well as the 10 bicycles they can use to explore the surrounding nature and no traffic trails.
 
From the main terrace of Orvas Villa 42, we enter the space on the ground floor of the smaller house with a living room, equipped kitchen, dining area, and additional toilette. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where two air-conditioned bedrooms are – one is a master bedroom with double bed, terrace with lounge chairs, and private bathroom with shower. Another bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom.

Cancellations made 61 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.

Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking price.
