This beautiful modernly decorated villa is placed in the great location of Sukošan town, close to the center and yet in a calm area surrounded by olive groves and palm trees where you can have a relaxing time by the private 24m2 swimming pool or spend a day at the beach which is only 300m away from the villa.

Villa Ema consists of two floors that are almost identical and can accommodate up to 12 persons. It is suitable for a group of friends or family who wants to spend perfect holidays by having their privacy in this two-story villa. The out-door spacious garden offers you a shaded area with a summer kitchen perfect for preparing delicious meals on charcoal or electric grill. Let us not forget about the pool area where you can soak up the sun on the sun loungers with freshly prepared cocktails. And for making those, welcome package of premium spices for grill and cooking, the spice's for making drinks, quality wines, beers, juices, espresso coffee, mineral water, fruit basket, wood for the grill, olive oil. For tea lovers - six premium teas, awaits you.

The ground floor consists of a comfortable living area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two double-bedded rooms, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area has an exit to the covered balcony with a table and chairs. The outside staircase will lead you to the first floor that has the same layout as the ground floor, equipped kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people, two double-bedded rooms, and a bathroom.

Even though Sukošan is a bit more of a small town - do not be discouraged. It has its charms and is your perfect place where you could spend the whole summer without any problems. This town and villa could be your home from home! If you prefer an adventurous vacation, Sukošan is a great starting point for visiting national parks such as Kornati, Krka, or Plitvice lakes. Everything can be reached quickly by car. And do not forget a pearl of Adriatic – Zadar, it’s only 14km away. You can admire the most beautiful sunset in the world (as Alfred Hitchcock described Zadar on his visit in 1964.) while listening to calming vibrations at Sea Organ, created by the waves of the Adriatic and the 35 organ pipes that lay beneath the steps of the Zadar Riva.

Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.

Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
