Villa Kalista, a traditional Dalmatian three-storey stone house is situated in the center of the village of Povlja on Brac Island, providing sea views from the upper floors and is a great choice for a tranquil holiday.
The outside area offers a cozy terrace with a lounge area, swimming pool, and dining area under the shade.
Entering the ground floor of the Villa Kalista, you meet with an open plan kitchen-dining-living area with patio doors that lead out to the lounge terrace and there is also a separate guest toilette. On the same floor, but with an external entrance, there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom.
With internal stairs, you can easily come to the first floor where two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower units. One of the rooms has access to the balcony.
The second floor offers two more rooms, of which one has access to the balcony, with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with a shower.
Villa Kalista with a total of five bedrooms and an additional sofa bed can comfortably accommodate up to 10+2 persons. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
