From the moment you step into Villa Minessa’s patio, a lovely swimming pool area surrounded by sun loungers welcomes you. As you go further on, a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and chairs invites you and promises you pleasant summer evenings with your dear ones.
Further from the terrace area, you can easily step into an open plan living room, dining area, and fully modern equipped kitchen. The open plan concept gives you a beautiful view from inside out and allows you to interact with everyone while preparing delicious meals. On the same floor, you will find one double bedroom and one bathroom.

The indoor staircase leads you to the first floor of villa Minessa, where three more bedrooms meet you and one bathroom as well. The main bedroom has its balcony with two chairs and a table, perfect for a coffee break in the morning. Villa is equipped with two AC units, one per floor, and has Wi-Fi access. Consisting of 4 modern rooms, villa Minessa is suitable to accommodate 7 persons, offering privacy and relaxation in a completely fenced yard. Of course, there are two parking places at your disposal.
For a large family/friend group next door villa Loressa together with villa Minessa makes a perfect combination for a dream vacation.

Having a car or even renting one will be a huge plus to your holiday because there is so much to discover and soak up…..let’s just mention Šibenik’s UNESCO heritage monuments, two National Parks (Krka waterfalls and Kornati), very interesting gastronomic and wine scene. We dare to say that Šibenik Riviera is like a puzzle, it simply calls you to explore all those hidden places, heritage gems, and pearls, because when you collect them all you’ll get a memorable masterpiece.
