With a short drive from medieval Sibenik, less touristy than many of the neighbouring cities on the Dalmatian Coast, but equally as charming, in the small and peaceful setting of Bilice village, you will find our Villa Anessa, hidden between Mediterranean garden plants. Even though looks like it’s tucked away from the crowd, the location of the house is close enough to let you get anywhere in a short time.
Villa Anessa combines a perfect blend of modern and rustic touch of interior and ensures serenity, complete privacy for relaxing family vacation, making guests feel at home.
This villa features five bedrooms, all placed on the first floor, three bathrooms of which one is placed on the ground floor, a fully equipped ground floor kitchen for all needs you might have, and a cozy living room. The gallery with a sitting area invites you to enjoy a good book or make your holiday “to-do list”. With all these amenities, villa Anessa can accommodate up to 8 persons maximum. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout the whole property.
The outside area and its amenities include a fenced yard, two parking spots, a summer kitchen, and garden dining furniture suitable for preparing delicious meals, including BBQ ones, terrace with deck chairs. The private swimming pool offers refreshment on hot summer days.
While the adults enjoy billiards under the natural shade, children can play on the children’s playground.
All in all, villa Anessa full of colours indoor and outdoor, provides a relaxing atmosphere.
The excellent location of the villa guarantees its guests complete privacy though the nearest beach and fun local amenities are within easy reach.
