Villa Manuela is a delightful and cozy dog-friendly stone cottage for 8-10 persons situated in village Pinezici, consisting of only a few houses and surrounded by rural countryside, where you can enjoy complete relaxation in peace and tranquility.
You can find excellent restaurants in Pula (13 km distant) and Vodnjan (7 km distant) as well as in Rabac and Labin. There is also a possibility of buying local products from the farmers (fresh eggs, wine, olive oil...). The nearest beach is 10 km away in Duga Uvala.
In the garden there is a charming summer kitchen with BBQ - ideal for outdoor meals during the day or in the evening and 9,5 m x 4,5 m swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean trees.
On the right side of the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with dining area. The furniture in the kitchen is made of natural wood and is fully-equipped with an oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Next, to the kitchen, there is a storage room and the stairs to the upper floor.
On the left side of the ground floor, there are armchairs, an SAT/TV and a DVD player. A shower room/WC with washing machine is also located here.
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, all with king size beds and a shower room/WC.
Stairs lead to the spacious top floor bedroom with sloping ceilings. It comprises two single beds, both with an additional pull-out bed (sleeps 4 in total).
