Located on the hillside of Okrug Gornji on the island of Čiovo, Villa 77 is an ideal place for the perfect retreat for families with children and young people. The vicinity of the beautiful UNESCO world heritage town of Trogir guarantees a variety of entertainment and cultural events.
This luxury villa can accommodate up to 8 person’s total. From the main entrance door, it greets you with a small hallway, guest’s toilette, master bedroom which comes with an en-suite shower unit bathroom. Furthermore, an open space living area with a large sofa, modern and fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area suitable for 8 persons.
From this area, you’ll be stunned by the views you can enjoy on daily basis from the villa’s infinity pool terrace, which is equipped with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and a dining table.
Three more comfortable double bedrooms with luxury en-suite bathrooms are placed on the lower ground floor and are accessible by an indoor staircase. One of the bedrooms can have a double bed or when necessary, become a twin room.
Towels, bathrobes, and toiletries are also provided. On this floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. One of the rooms has access to a balcony with sea views and the other two rooms have access to a patio with outdoor furniture next to the BBQ.
The Villa 77 is fully air-conditioned and there is private parking at guests’ disposal.
Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
