This charming and beautiful holiday home is placed only a couple of minutes from the Cathedral of Trogir and 50m from the bridge connecting the town center and Čiovo Island, which will make you feel comfortable as you’re in your home away from home.

Even though it’s located centrally, still you can expect the peace that you deserve on a holiday. With its 150 square meters, this property is suitable is fully furnished with A/C and heating throughout the entire house and bedrooms. Spreading on three floors, this eco-friendly home is suitable for a maximum of 6+2 people.

The ground floor main entrance welcomes you into the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and lounge chairs. This open space continues to a large kitchen which is fully equipped with all amenities you might need, and to the dining area, furnished with a large table for 8 persons. A toilette is also at the guest’s disposal on the same floor.
An outside large terrace with covered patio, equipped with a wooden patio which comes with a large table with chairs, outside shower as well as a stone sink, is accessible from the ground floor.

To the upper floors, you can access from the living area through an indoor staircase.
The first floor offers two luxury queen-sized bedded rooms with an en-suite bathroom. Both en-suite bathrooms come with a walk-in shower. One of the rooms faces the town of Trogir, while the other one has a garden view.

On the second floor, there’s a third bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another living area with two armchairs and a sofa bed which converts into a double bed is settled on this floor. There are two flat televisions and Wi-Fi thought the entire residence.

Parking is off-site, and it is available for free but for only one car. If you need extra parking space, please inquire about it!
