A beautiful Dalmatian stone Holiday Home 80 is settled in the center of Trogir town, a few hundred meters from the first beach and 5km from the airport. The property is restored with total respect for its innate simplicity and furnished to excellent standards, in an elegant minimalist style.
With its 120 square meters spread over four floors, this holiday home is suitable for 6 person’s total.
The ground floor consists of a comfortable lounge area with a TV, a guest toilet with a washing machine, and a dryer. The internal staircase leads you to the first floor of the house where is placed a master walk-in closet bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The second floor comes with one double bedded room, one twin bedded room, and a shared bathroom with a shower unit.
The fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony and a mezzanine gallery are settled on the third floor. From the balcony, you have a nice view of the old city
Paid parking off premises (outside the walking zone, about 450 m from the property and it is under video control) costs 10 Euro per day (for longer stays - more than 7 days discounts may apply).
Make sure if you are coming with a car to book a parking place in advance.

Balance due date: 40 days before arrival.
For cancellations made 40 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price will be charged.
For cancellations made 39 days before the arrival date and less , a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price will be charged.
