Orvas Holiday Home 81 originally built-in 19th century, is a charming recently renovated stone house placed on Čiovo Island, only 300m from the centre of Trogir old town. Featuring 3 separate units on three floors, it is the ideal place for 3 couples or larger families, offering accommodation up to 8 person’s total.

The ground floor (25 square meters) has a king-size bedded room with an en-suite bathroom (shower), equipped with a fridge, electric kettle, coffee & tea, cups, and teaspoons.
a seating area, a flat-screen SAT TV, and Wi-Fi. It can accommodate up to two persons.

The first floor 20 square meters studio apartment with a beamed ceiling is perfectly designed for two persons. It has a small well-equipped kitchenette with a dining table for two persons, a king-size double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The studio features a flat-screen TV with satellites channels and Wi-Fi and is air-conditioned.
The second-floor apartment with a surface of 30 square meters i perfectly designed to accommodate four persons in its living room floor and a gallery with a king-size bed.
The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and all necessary kitchenware. There is also a dining table and sofa bed with a very comfortable bed with a 20 cm mattress, designed for 2 persons. An en-suite bathroom is also available with a walk-in shower and free toiletries are at guests’ disposal. The apartments have WiFi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

A beautiful yard shared with other guests equipped with outdoor furniture and BBQ is on the ground floor. Parking off-site (5 minutes walking from the property) at additional charge (10€), reservation required

For cancellations made 40 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price will be charged.
For cancellations made 39 days before the arrival date and less , a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price will be charged.
