The villa consists of a ground floor and a basement which are connected by internal stairs.
 
A large private heated swimming pool (60m2) with sun loungers and parasols, is placed in the courtyard of this modern villa. In addition, there is an outdoor fireplace with a summer kitchen. Orvas Villa 213 ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, LCD TV, and an indoor fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen together with a dining area is an unavoidable part of the Villa for quality leisure time. On this floor, there are 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms that have a shower, wardrobe, and LCD TV. One guest toilet is part of this floor as well.
 
By internal stairs, you can easily get down to the basement space where there is an equipped laundry room, a room with a sauna and shower, a gym, and a toilet. From this part, there is an exit to the terrace where there is an outdoor Jacuzzi for maximum relaxation. For families with children, there is a room in the basement intended for their entertainment with various entertainment facilities.
 
With two extra single beds which can be put anywhere, Orvas Villa 213 can comfortably accommodate 10 persons. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, heated, and contain underfloor heating, which makes this villa ideal for winter stays as well. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Private parking is also available at the villa.
