The beautiful fenced garden features a large swimming pool of 36m2 with elegant, comfortable deck chairs with umbrellas and an outdoor shower. There is an outdoor covered dining table for 8 people and a barbecue area.
Orvas Luxury Villa 194 has a living area of 405m2 which spreads over two floors: the ground floor and the first floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons.
From the moment you enter the Villa through the white French doors, you’ll be impressed by the sophisticated interior design. On the right side of the lobby, there is an open plan living area with sofas and TV and a dining area with a dining table for 8 persons. Continuing through the sliding door, you come to the modern and fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and bar stools. One king-size bedded room with an exit to the garden and with en-suite shower bathroom is placed on the opposite side of the living area. A guest toilet is also on this floor.
Internal spiral stairs lead you to the first floor and to the remaining three bedrooms. Two rooms have a private balcony with panoramic garden views and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. All bedrooms have king-size beds.
Luxury Orvas Villa 194 has air-conditioning and Wi-Fi access throughout the property will give you an unforgettable vacation in Mediterranean style. A baby cot and high chair are available at an additional cost at the guest’s request. Free parking is available as well on the villa’s premises.
