The outdoor area of Orvas Villa 193 features a nice veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade to escape the sun. Also. on the outside guests can use a stone barbeque or an outdoor kitchen in the shaded dining area. Besides this, a heated outdoor private infinity pool with jets for counter-current swimming, an outdoor shower, and 8 deck chairs are the perfect addition to this four-story villa.

In the basement, one can relax using the amazing spa and wellness area that includes a Finnish sauna, a Turkish steam bath, a massage table or you can do some exercise in the well-equipped fitness area. A separate laundry room comes with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment as well as one bathroom with a hydromassage shower and separate toilet are on this floor.

This floor also consists of the bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.  The first floor comprises of 2 modernly styled queen bedded rooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. One en suite bathroom is equipped with a hydro massage shower cabin and the other with the hydro massage bathtub. The last floor has a beautiful double bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. Also, there is floor heating in all mentioned bathrooms and every bedroom is equipped with a safe deposit box, A/C and SAT TV.
