The ground floor of Orvas Villa 239 comes with an indoor heated pool (6m x2,4m) with a massage and counter-current swimming program, gym, sauna place, and a bathroom with a shower unit. Furthermore, on this floor, there is a big, common bathroom with a bathtub, a smaller fully equipped kitchen with a dining/living area, and an exit to the terrace where there is outdoor dining and a grill area. One of the spacious air-conditioned rooms is located on the ground floor as well, with a double bed (200x220 cm), a private toilet with a bath and a shower.

The first floor consists of a modern equipped kitchen with all appliances and an open plan comfortable, spacious living/dining area with an exit to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area overlooking the sea and Brač Island. Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.
