With its 259 sqm of residential space, this charming villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for enjoying delicious meals. Connected to the dining area, there is a cozy living room with a TV and a fireplace. Internal stairs lead you to villas on the first floor where are located two bedrooms with a double bed, each with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The Orvas Villa 242 second floor features another two bedrooms, both with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One room is with a double bed and one with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and have access to the balcony from where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the valley.
The outdoor area comes with a large private swimming pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. There is also a nice outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the summer evenings. House-trained pets may be accommodated (surcharge) with prior approval. Parking for villa guests is available at the premises.
