Within the ground floor of the villa, there is an open plan with a modern and well-equipped kitchen and a dining area with a table for 8. Next to it, there is a tastefully designed living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a CD player, an open fireplace, two sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed for two persons, and direct access to the garden and private swimming pool. The guest toilet comes on this floor as well.
 
The inner staircase leads you to the Orvas Villa 234 first floor where you can find three queen size bedded rooms with en-suite shower bathrooms. Continuing the staircase, you come to the spacious roof terrace with a breath-taking view of the sea and the surrounding area.
 
The fenced courtyard offers a BBQ, a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, olive trees on the edge of the village, provides peace and nature on a little hill above the Splitska bay. Within a walking distance, you can reach the beach, restaurants and cafes, the center of Splitska, and a small supermarket. For more choice of mentioned facilities, visit the 6km away, lovely Supetar town and ferry port with public tennis court. While staying in Splitska, don’t miss visiting island attractions like Skrip – the oldest village, Dol for some rustic restaurants, and Bol for water sports like windsurfing.
