Orvas Villa 235 covers a garden area of 800m2 with a large garden and private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and garden dining furniture at the shaded terrace. The surface of the villa itself is 230m2 and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pull-out sofa beds, and 1 guest toilet. Comfortably the villa accommodates eight persons, but with a use of additional sofa beds, two more persons can sleep within this family villa, with additional fee for extra persons.
The ground floor welcomes you with an open plan kitchen-dining-living area with a modern sofa bed which converts into an additional bed for two persons. From the living area through French doors, you can easily access the pool and garden terrace The kitchen with a breakfast bar and two bar stools are fully equipped with all appliances, while the dining area comes with a dining table for six persons. A separate airy sitting room with two pull-out sofa beds suitable for four persons and a guest toilet is placed on this floor as well.
The inner staircase leads you to the villa's first floor with three double queen-size bedded rooms with a large wardrobe and three en-suite bathrooms with a shower. From the hallway, you reach the large roof terrace with a shade, a couple of sun loungers from where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding area.
