The outside area and Orvas Villa 237 courtyard have a private swimming pool (8x3m) with sunbeds and an outdoor shower, a garden, and a covered dining terrace with an outdoor dining table, chairs, and barbecue.

Upon entering the ground floor of this villa, you will find a comfortable living room with two sofas, of which One sofa can turn into a pull-out bed for two people, SAT-TV, and an indoor fireplace for a pleasant atmosphere. In addition to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. From the living area, there is direct access to the garden and pool terrace.

The first floor of Orvas Villa 237 is reached by an internal staircase. This floor is occupied by three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first queen-size bedded room has a bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen-size double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The last room has one single bed and one small additional folding single bed. For all rooms bed, linen and towels are provided.
