Settled in Barbici village, 6km from the town of Porec and 5km from the nearest beach, Orvas Villa 247 is located on a fenced plot of 200m2, while the residential part of this villa occupies an area of 100m2. On the first floor of this villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a dining table, and comfortable living room with SAT/TV and air-conditioning.
