There are three cozy and colorful bedrooms of which the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a double bed. The second room has also a double bed, while the third bedroom has twin beds, these two rooms share one bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is another separate toilet in the house.
From the living area, you can easily access the inviting outdoor area where a private 36m2 swimming pool is settled, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool, there is a covered terrace equipped with a summer kitchen, a BBQ, and a dining table. Ideal place for spending summer days. Shaded parking is available at the premises.
