Orvas Villa 252 is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TVs, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hair dryer, washing machine and board games for children. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 2 gated parking places, free of charge. Guests can use the outdoor grill. Up to 2 pets are allowed in the villa, free of charge. Guests are provided with a welcome pack upon their arrival.

For cancellations made 45 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price will be charged.
For cancellations made 44 days before the arrival date and less, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price will be charged.
