The living room has access to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door which allows the entire area to become open concept.
Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air conditioning and SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a balcony.
One of the highlights of this magnificent villa is the outdoor area with heated outdoor pool (21 m2, 1.70 m depth), which uses electrolysis as a healthier alternative to standard pool cleaning systems. Charming well-maintained gardens will provide a perfect sanctuary for relaxing and soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers around the pool.
