Newly renovated and located in the city center of Solin, offers its guests all the luxuries of today. The city center where you can find everything you need is about 1 km away, while the first market is only 450 m.
This modern villa covers a plot of 350m2 while the living space of 270m2 spreads over three floors, connected by internal stairs, and is the perfect accommodation for up to 8 people total.
The ground floor compromise of the laundry room for guests' use, and a garage is suitable for 1 car.
On the first floor, there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room where you can enjoy meals in the chilled space during the hot summer days.
The second floor greets you with three bedrooms that can accommodate a total of six guests on 3 double beds, and two people on additional single pull-out extra beds, which can be put in any room as needed. Each room has its en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Right from the living room is access to a spacious terrace of 40m2, where a view of the city and the nearby mountain, provides a holiday in the fresh air. In front of the house, by the outdoor pool, you can refresh yourself and enjoy the private sunbathing area, reading a book, and sipping a cocktail.
Villa Mia is fully airconditioned and has Wi-Fi as well as private outdoor parking for 3 cars.

For cancellations made 40 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price will be charged.
For cancellations made 39 days before the arrival date and less , a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price will be charged.
