Radun Home spreads on 7000 square metres property and includes 500 square metres shared between main house and a guests house.
Built into the seaside hills, at the foot of the mountain Kozjak offers spectacular views of Split, Kaštela Bay and islands of Brac, Solta and Ciovo.
The main house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a patio with an outdoor kitchen and a swimming pool.
The Living room and dining room feature floor-to-ceiling windows, with a Mediterranean garden on the north and a spacious patio on the southern side. It is intended to harmoniously blend the comfort of home and beauty of nature.
The space is carefully designed for pleasant family and friends reunions while also always offering a quiet corner for enyone who wants to relax on its own.
The patio features spectacular views from left to right all the way into the horizon. It will be your favourite spot to soak up the sun, enjoy a good book or a cocktail or two, while admiring the most amazing sunsets.
The home boasts an impressive heated swimming pool of 100 m2 and it can be heated from 1.5.-01.10.
The In-floor heating system and fireplace makes Radun Home enjoyable at any time of the year.
The guest house is located nearby in beautifull olive garden and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen. This house offers tranquitily and has a green roof which makes this house very comfortable to stay at.
What makes this villa different in many levels is the service that it provides! Private concierge, daily housekeeping, private chef service , pre stocking service and complimentary transfers to and from the Split Airport are included in the price.

The price of renting the villa includes the service of preparing and serving lunch or dinner each day of your stay! You decide if you would like to use this service during all days of your stay or only certain days. We respect your privacy and that is why we have put this as option.

Villa Radun Home provides an ideal home base for exploring the Croatian National parks (NP Krka and Plitvička jezera), crystal clear beaches, and antique charm of the Split Riviera. The Old Town of Split and Trogir itself is easily reachable by car in a 10-20 minutes, and you’re within close range of Brac, Hvar, Vis, and Korcula Island. Also there is beautifull canyon or Cetina river with adrenaline activities such as zip line, rafting, canyoning, kayaking only hour away.

Security deposit of 1000 EUR in cash is requested upon check in.
In case you cancel the reservation 30 days or more before arrival, we retain the amount of the advance payment.
In case you cancel the reservation 29 days or less before arrival, we retain the entire amount.

- Upon confirmation: A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is due.
- 30 days before check-in: The remaining balance is due.
