The village Kučine one of the oldest settlements in the area, named after the graceful rock above it, called "Cook", is settled in the vicinity of the largest Dalmatian city, the city of Split. Under this rock, the Orvas Villa Domani, with its unusual triangular appearance and with a beautiful view of the sea and the whole city of Split welcomes its guests.
Stretching over 570 square meters, divided into a ground floor and three more floors, 10 people can enjoy the benefits of this modern villa. On the ground floor, there is a large garage with parking spots for 4 cars, while in front of it, it is possible to park a few more cars.
The first floor of Orvas Villa Domani offers a double-bedded room (bed size 180x200cm), a sauna with a bathroom, and a mini gym. The interior of the villa is connected by internal stairs, leading us to the second floor, to a spacious living room and kitchen, where you can prepare meals and enjoy swimming in the indoor heated pool, on the same floor.
The third floor greets you with 4 more rooms, two double-bedded rooms (bed size 160x200cm) with an en-suite bathroom with a shower unit, one double bedroom (bed size 180x200cm), and one room with two single beds measuring 90x200cm. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower unit.
All rooms in the house are air-conditioned and equipped with modern furniture. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
