This place was interesting. Confusing. I should have known when it initially says hotel room in Boutique Hotel then next- this is not a hotel. Whole stay was like this. First the location is great! The unit is very comfortable and spacious. AC and fan works great, bed is comfy. Communication was not good. We had a parking issue- we had to have a printed parking pass but no way to pint them and no pdf as we were on our trip already when we booked this and when we reached out we could not get a response. It took a lot to solve that problem on our own just using a screen shot and kindness from strangers. Also they quoted $15/night parking in cash but they wanted $18.00. The kitchen situation- supposedly we had a full kitchen but some items still had to be used in the shared kitchen- COFFEE!!! And tea! Which is irritating at 7 in the morning going up and down flights of stairs multiple times. Garbage and recycling was confusing. The breakfast place was not convenient so didn’t try.

Online check in hat gut geklappt Zimmer sind Modern und Gut Ausgestattet. Hotel ist nur zu Fuss zu erreichen da es inmitten der Altstadt liegt Der Hotelparkplatz liegt 700 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Leichtes Gepäck ist angebracht. Man Parkt schön unter den Bäumen im Schatten.

Fantastisk flott vert. Veldig hyggelig å prate med - hun er genuint opptatt av gjestene skal ha det bra. Takk ❤️ Hun passet på at vi hadde det bra og svarte raskt på alle spm. Hun ga oss tips til strender og restauranter. Pizza restaurant og tapas bar rett ved siden av. Dersom du vil bo inni gamlebyen er dette supert! Magisk å gå rundt i byen. Vi bodde der med to store barn (10 og 14)z Passer nok best for par, men fungerte fint. Rovinj er en turistby i juli, så mye folk og god stemning. Man kan bade på tuppen av halvøya. Ellers må man kjøre eller sykle til andre strender. Få med dere solnedgang på tuppen 🤩 Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Property had everything we could need, location was perfect and Mariana helped us with her recommandations regarding restaurants, places to visit etc. She also had a whole wall with places she recommends and the location to help us get there easier. The location is super cozy and cute, she has a small patio full of flowers and a table to enjoy a nice romantic night. Parking is not at the same location, however if you check the email properly you will easily find info about how to get to the location easily with the help of a golf cart( as it is in the old town where there is no car access).
