Villa Valentina, a beachfront villa with direct access to teh beach and the sea, is located 2,3 km from the centre of Supetar on Brac Island, in a beautiful secluded bay on a large ranch area. It is surrounded by idyllic olive groves and vineyards with organically grown fruits and vegetables for guests available. 

It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house located by the crystal clear Croatian sea and white beach, which you will be able to enjoy on your Croatian villa holiday. It is located just off the roads and coast where you can easily access pine woods, olive woods, walkways and recreation trails. This villa provides the ideal peaceful backdrop for your luxury Croatian holiday, where you will be able to enjoy the sounds of waves, birds, crickets and the rustling of the nearby pine forests.  

The villa interior is divided into two parts - the main house, and the separated guest’s house, few steps away from each other. Both facilities are one-storey houses. Please note that the path which connects two parts is not covered.

The main house (120sqm) comprises of the kitchen / dining / sitting room area (air conditioned), two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, both with a shower. The main bedroom has a double bed (the bed size 160 x 200 cm), and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is with twin beds, beds size 90 x 200 cm each.

The guest’s house (50sqm) comprises of two apartments, both with separate entrance for a complete privacy. Both apartments are the same, with an air conditioned double bedroom (beds size 180 x 200 cm) with a TV and a closet, a kitchenette with a sink, two electric hobs, and a mini fridge, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The exterior of the house includes a covered terrace with a dining table and 10 seating, an outdoor fireplace, a 40 sq meters heated swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, a lounge area, sun chairs, and a children’s play area. In addition, at guest’s disposal are six bicycles free of charge. The bicycles are Crosswind Special Concept mountain bikes, with front and rear suspension, and 26” wheels.

Cancellations made 41 days or more prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total booking price.

Cancellations made within 40 days of the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking price.
