The outdoor area of Luxury Orvas Villa 282 and the private heated pool (50 sqm) with saltwater as a focal point, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and greenery, offers you a complete sense of peace and privacy. A children's trampoline is placed on the lawn for a family with children. The outdoor summer kitchen is under the roofed part of the terrace with a dining table and chairs.

The ground floor of this stunning Villa consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island, dining area with a dining table, and a spacious living area with impressive high ceilings, sofa, and armchairs. One of the four bedrooms found its place on this floor. This modernly decorated room with a king-size bed, a desk with a chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower is wheelchair-friendly.
