In the hot summer days, under the warm Istrian sun, you will find true relaxation in the Villa Anamaria! Minutes from the beach, a completely private garden, fully fenced and hidden from all views features a large swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. A lounge terrace with a large dining table is just steps above the pool. And for all the delicious meals, a charcoal grill is right here!
The interior is completely air conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms, there is room for up to 8 people. We also have child cots if needed. There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor, both fully equipped. From the upper terrace there is a wonderful view to the garden.
Supermarket, restaurants, shops are only a few minutes away. The nearest beach in Rabac is
only 8 km from the house. There is plenty of parking space on the beach.
Front of the house has safe parking places for 6 cars. WLAN is available for free for our guests!

You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following refund policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is finalized for the same price. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
