The main residential luxury Villa Issa consists of two floors: the ground floor and the first floor.
The ground floor offers a double-bedded room, a storage room, and a bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room open into a spacious south-oriented terrace equipped with garden furniture.
The first floor is intended for rest and sleeping where you can find three bedrooms: the first room has a double bed measuring 2mx1,4m; the second room has a double bed measuring 2mx1,8m and the third room has a double bed, size 2m x 2m. All rooms are with a sea view.
The smaller residential house is only a few steps from the main building, a charming Mediterranean-style house consisting of one bedroom with a double bed and a small bunk bed for a child, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped summer kitchen and dining area.
