It is situated in a family house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with Rovinj city center and plenty of beaches in the walking distance. The nearest beach is located in 7 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to 60 m2 and there is a terrace/balcony with a beautiful sea and Old town view at your disposal. It is located on the 1st and 2nd floor.
The Apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining area, as well as a sunny terrace with a beautiful view on the Old Town of Rovinj as well as on the sea, perfect to enjoy in your morning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of Istrian wine in the evening.
One of the bedrooms is located on the upper floor and we would like to warn guests of the steep stairs leading to it, which might not be the best option for older people or people with walking difficulties.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, AC, free WiFi, this apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. You can also use the shared garden and BBQ grill.
Everything you may need is at walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. With the town center at a 2 minute walk distance, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, many dining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
A public parking is available near the property. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
