On the side of the living room, there is an open, fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. In the daily part of the house, an additional guest toilet is available.
On the ground floor, there is also 1 bedroom (Bedroom 1) with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom (shower).

A nice backyard ensures a lot of privacy and is a perfect place to relax. There is a sun deck with a private swimming pool (22m2), outdoor shower and sun loungers. A barbecue area with a set of garden furniture is a perfect place for a freshly prepared dinner.
Two private unfenced parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

Pantadura is 1,2 km away from the house. This beach is long and natural. The coast as well as the seabed is pebble and fine-grained here. The water gradually gets deep.
Pedinka beach - 1,2 km away from the house, the most popular beach in this part of island Vir. Gravel, stone and concrete coast. Seabed covered with gravel and sand. The water gradually gets deep. Pine forest shade is possible. There is paid parking next to the beach.

The nearest small shop/bakery is 800m from the house, a cafe bar 1200m and a restaurant 1,7 km away. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops and services can be found in the centre of Vir, distanced about 3km.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Nin/Vir.
