The space

This lovely newly furnished apartment offers everything someone could need to make himself feel as homely as possible while staying in Dubrovnik.
Your vacation is there to relax and fill up energy so the apartment offers a big spacious bed for two in the bedroom (there are two single beds pushed together so it's 180cm wide). The bathroom features a shower, washing machine and hairdryer, towels and linen are included in the price. The cozy Living room also offers a comfortable sofa bed for two, so there is enough room for four people in the apartment.
If you are thinking about preparing yourself a nice meal with Croatian ingredients the space features a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, cooker, stove top and cooking utensils.

Great location, right next to the apartment is shop where you can buy groceries. The apartment was good and just enough to make yourself dinner or lunch.

El departamento se encontraba en perfectas condiciones de limpieza aunque el baño es super incómodo sin lugar de guardado por estar ocupado con elementos de limpieza. No había luz ni en el exterior ni en las escaleras. La zona es muy sucia y difícil de encontrar por el taxi. se comunicaban conmigo por la plataforma y otras personas ( sin previo aviso) que no supe quienes eran a través de mi celular, eso me generó dudas y temor.

Great Week at Martina's place, location was great, a 10 minute walk to the closest beach and 50m from a large supermarket. Would definitely visit again.

La cama lo peor. Me empezó a doler la espalda un montón haciendo turismo. Se hundía. Y no había sábanas de verano. La almohada fatal. El piso está en un barrio pobre a las afueras de Dubrovnik y da un poco de miedo. El. Edificio. La cafetera está rota y las fotos no son como. Es. El. Piso. Esta más viejo de lo. De. Las. Fotos. Lo bueno q hay lavadora y que en 20 minutos andando llegas a Dubrovnik o cogiendo el bus número 6. Hay un súper cerca.

We spent almost a month at the property. It has everything you need for long stays. Good Internet for working remotely. The place is also in a perfect location, with a walking distance to the sunset beach in Lapad and to the old town. Many good options to get your groceries. The only downside is the shower. The hot water doesn't last long, and the space to take the shower is not that big. That said, the water pressure is great to enjoy it. The company responsible for the property is responsive and very friendly, and will take care of any inquiries. We would definitely return there. 🙂

Es un agotamiento muy recomendable si visitas Dubrovnik. ventajas: * Muy bien comunicado en transporte público. * Buen tamaño para 2 personas. * El dormitorio está separado de la cocina por una puerta. * Disponía de muchas cosas necesarias, champú, jabón, acondicionador ,crema hidratante, sal, vinagre, aceite, azúcar... etc. * Supermercado a pocos metros. Inconvenientes: No es de una anfitriona, está gestionado por una empresa que gestiona otros alojamientos, lo que hace que no sea una experiencia con gente local, aunque esto está bien si quieres ir a tu rollo. La ducha está un poco rota, el agua sale mal. He visto que lo han comentado en otras reseñas, por lo que es un problema que persiste.

EL PRECIO ESTABA BASTANTE BIEN COMPARADO CON OTROS. EL APARTAMENTO TENÍA LO QUE SE NECESITA. Y UN SUPERMERCADO A UN MINUTO. SU SITUACIÓN ESTÁ ENTRE LA CIUDAD AMURALLADA Y EL PUERTO GRUZ DE DONDE SALEN LA MAYORÍA DE LAS EXCURSIONES EN BARCO. PUEDES IR CAMINADO, A UN LADO U OTRO 15 MINUTOS A PASO TRANQUILO. PERO PUEDES COGER UN BUS, PERO TANTO UN LADO U OTRO DE LA PARADA A EL DESTINO EN BUS SON DOS MINUTOS (PUEDES PAGAR EN EL MISMO BUS 2€, Y SI ES EN TAQUILLA FUERA DE LA CIUDAD AMURALLADA TE SALE UNOS CÉNTIMOS MÁS BARATO, MENORES GRATIS).
