Description
Only 5 km from Labin and its excellent restaurants and entertainment, in the village of Marceljani, there is a beautiful villa Maja (140 m2).
In the completely fenced garden there is a large swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers and a pool house. Ideal conditions to enjoy nice hot days.
The house extends over two levels: In the basement there is a studio flat with a sofa bed for two people, a small kitchen and a toilet.
On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a pantry and a large bathroom.
In the first room there is a large bed measuring 200 x 200 cm, in the second room there is a bed measuring 80 x 200 cm and in the third room there are two bunk beds with single beds (80 x 200 cm).
The surroundings are very quiet and you can really switch off. Here you, your family and your pets will feel like newborn and relaxed.

Wir Drei mit Hund haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Das großzügige Haus ist durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut ruhig gelegen. Auch der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön angelegt inklusive des schönen Pools.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in paar Minuten zu erreichen, auch die Strände sind nicht weit entfernt.
Wir sind sehr dankbar für diesen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Mooi schoon opgeruimd huis, heel huiselijk gevoel met spelletjes, brochures voor activiteiten in de buurt. We kwamen niks te kort. Lekker zwembad en grote tuin

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und der tolle Außenbereich mit Pool. Vor allem wenn man mit Hund reist eine Empfehlung wert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

We had an amazing week at the house. It was spacious and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The outdoor area, including the pool, was beautiful. With 7 adults, the 3 bedrooms plus the apartment on the lower level provided plenty of space. The house is in a peaceful location, yet close to Rabac and Labin. Communication with Ivana was great. The week flew by too quickly.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus liegt ruhiger, sodass man durch niemanden gestört wird. Die Innenstadt von Labin ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, dort gibt es einige, tolle Restaurants. Auch die Anbindung an Pula ist gut. Auch der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gänzlich eingezäunt, was die Reise mit einem Haustier sehr angenehm macht. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön, ebenso wie der gesamte Garten. Man fühlt sich dort sehr heimisch. Auch das Inventar des Hauses lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation bezüglich des Ein-und Auscheckens war einwandfrei. Ich kann jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen und wir werden sie sicherlich auch noch einmal besuchen.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in diesem Haus und dem Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung entsprechen exakt der Wirklichkeit. Zusätzlich verfügt der Pool über eine Heizung und kann daher immer genutzt werden. Das Anwesen ist komplett eingezäunt, daher konnten wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen - das hat ihm und uns sehr gefallen ;-).
Wir haben auch den gemauerten Grill direkt am Pool sehr gerne genutzt und die Speisen dann im Poolhaus genossen.
Man kann einiges in der näheren Umgebung machen, wie z.B. Reiten, Quad fahren oder auch Glasbodenboot fahren. Der nächste Ort am Meer ist Rabac - ca. 5 km entfernt.
Wir hatten mit einer Betreuerin vor Ort vorab per Handy Kontakt und Sie hat uns dann auch persönlich begrüßt und war während unsere Aufenthaltes jederzeit ansprechbar.
