Only 3 kilometers from the sea you will find the House Valverana.
The ground floor has a terrace, well equipped kitchen, a nice living room and a bathroom.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (double bed in one, 3 singles in the other) and another bathroom.
Both bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned.
With available bicycles (6) you are free to explore the surroundings or cycle to the beach.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 3 Km erreichbar. Aber auch mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad super zu erreichen. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, genau das was wir gesucht haben. Wir haben uns im Haus und in dem kleinen Dorf super wohl gefühlt. Familie Manzin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe renoviert und vieles aus der Familiengeschichte übernommen.
Wer etwas mehr Trubel sucht kann einfach in die Nachbarstadt oder die Stadt Pula fahren.

Persönliche Empfang von Álvaro und Familie, durch den man über die Geschichte des Hauses erfährt.
Besondere Ausstattung, die den Charakter des Hauses unterstreicht.
Ruhige Lage mit optimale Entfernung zu Pula und viele andere Unternehmungen in der Gegend.
Geräumiges Grundstück mit viel Platz. Ideal für bewegungsfreundige Kinder.
Mit Álvaro und seiner Familie fühlte man sich sofort, wie Zuhause.
Nur zu empfehlen.

Stayed at Feraneos with my 3 kids, different ages. House was very nice, amazing! Has reasonably thick walls, so was not hot at all. Barely used the airconditioner, which is available in all 3 rooms. Unpstairs floors are creaky, but did not spend much time there. Nice gardens, secluded, peacefull. Really enjoyed it, thank you!

Jedno z nejlepších ubytování jaké jsme zažili v Chorvatsku. Vnitřní prostor, velká zahrada, soukromí. Ve všech důležitých místnostech klimatizace. Dům je krásně opraven a dává vyniknout poctivé řemeslné práci. Jsou zde krásné designové prvky, není to žádná moderní kostka.
Přitom obsahuje vše, co je potřeba pro pohodlný dovolenkový pobyt. Jediné co by ocenili hlavně děti, by byla trochu rychlejší wifi :-).
Pláže v okolí jsou dosažitelné pohodlně autem a poskytují velmi příjemné koupání. Můžete si vybrat, jestli chcete úplné soukromí, nebo nepřelidněnou upravenou pláž s dobrým barem. Do Puly je to 15minut autem. Místní restaurace dosažitelné pěšky poskytují možnost se dobře najíst za výrazně nižší ceny než ve městech. A nemusíte nikam jezdit.

Alvaro et Bojana sont des hôtes très accueillants et très sympathiques et prompts à répondre à nos messages.
Leur maison, rénovée avec soin et bon goût par Alvaro, est très bien équipée et avec climatisation dans toutes les pièces, ce qui nous a été bien utile! Par ailleurs, lors de notre arrivée, la maison était d’une propreté impeccable!
Le jardin est grand et agréable, surtout le coin repas (avec une cheminée-barbecue).
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les 5 vélos en bon état qui nous ont permis d’aller à la plage à vélo en moins de 30 minutes.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette maison!

The hospitality of Family Manzin was outstanding. From the beginning to the end we felt very comfortable. We never had such a warm welcome and its obvious that Family Manzin dedicates a lot of passion into the lovely house.
We enjoyed our time a lot and hope for another stay one day again!
