Only 400 metres to the nearest beach! Villa Lani is a beautifully furnished holiday flat in the far south of Istria. The flat is located in a villa with two other flats. The pool is for private use, as is the garden, and the flats share an entrance through the garden. The ground floor has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a direct exit to the veranda. First and second floor have the 3 bedrooms and a master bathroom, and the upper balcony offers a beautiful sea view. The village of Volme, where the villa is located, is surrounded by sea in all directions!

I am big fun of the rule of underpromise and over deliver. While overall one may say that it is a great location, host is nice, apartment inside correspond to description… but details are frustrating: pool photos do not correspond the reality: you have a fence between apartment and the pool (pool is for your private use and accessible through the locked door). The problem is that if we knew it from the very start we would not book this place. Dishwasher and BBQ are missing from the description. Yes, landlord brought small electric grill, but … it was not possible to use it, since you have electricity cut because of that … yes, you can potentially use the oven, but … you have again electricity cut because of it. After negative pool experience these things just built up to frustration. This does not ruin your vacation but … don’t contribute positive to your impression or potential desire to return

Outstanding!
As a family we have been avid Istrian travelers for years, but this time our expectations were exceeded!
The house is located in a quiet area with nice neighbors and perfect for any kind of activity, be it the proximity to the sea (300-500 meters!) to Pula, Medulin or Premantura, the highway, stores or Cape Kamenjak. The accommodation is very well maintained, offers among other things a modern kitchen, nice quiet bedrooms and a gorgeous roof terrace with views of the Karavanke mountains. The beautiful, large pool for exclusive use completes everything!
The host, Dr. Alex, must be highlighted. His friendliness, recommendations and generosity are great. He is always available and on hand for any questions or emergencies.
Dr. Alex has more than earned the title of "Superhost"! We will be back!

Dr Alex was brilliant - wonderful villa - so well equipped.. family friendly neighbourhood.. the pool was fabulous! Dr Alex recommended so many great places too - cannot recommend highly enough!
