The Felix Residence is located in the Kukci development, just 3 km from the beach and the center of Poreč. The Felix holiday home has 3 apartments and 3 bungalows. Each unit has access to a private terrace with garden furniture. The property is attractive, well-maintained, and is located in a very quiet development. The units have a separate entrance and parking.
The bungalow house is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bungalow has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds. The kitchen-living room with a sofa is fully equipped with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator and freezer, cooking and dining utensils, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a microwave. TV, satellite TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi throughout the indoor and outdoor areas are also available.
The bathroom is modernly furnished with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and window.
The large, secluded, and private outdoor terrace with garden furniture is very intimate.
Free parking is available in the courtyard of the house. The cozy barbecue area and gazebo by the communal pool in the garden invite you to enjoy social moments. The entire complex is fully fenced.
A small corner shop with fresh rolls and other items, a small café, and the highly recommended restaurant "Marina" are located in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.

Go out after the border straight on EXPRESSWAY “Y” direction Pula , cca 30 km after exit VISNJAN . Since the right direction NOVA VAS and other 7 km drive straight through NOVA VAS direction POREC fahren.Beim roundabout entrance Kukci 300m straight ahead , then turn left to continue in this st at number 1 is your holiday home.
In the summer, German Wings flies from Cologne and Intersky from Friedrichshafen to Pula, TUIfly flies from Hanover, Cologne , Stuttgart, Munich to Rijeka and of course you can fly with Lufthansa Star Alliance airlines on Croatian Zagreb to Pula. Also Trieste is only 80 km away , there you come with scheduled and charter flights.
