Kommunikation nur außerhalb Airbnb. Der Opa vom Gastgeber schwimmt morgens im Pool. Er putzt morgens laut ab 6:30. Man wird durch ein kleines Fenster beobachtet, wenn man auf der Terasse chillt. Beim Versuch den Gasgrill anzumachen, wurden wir vom Senior als „stupid Generation“ beleidigt. Es gab auch Ärger, weil die Liegestühle verschoben waren :-) Von unserer Seite gab es keine Beleidigungen oder Böse Wörter. Echt schade, wie man beleidigt und diskriminiertes Verhalten entgegen gebracht wird. Wifi ist nicht nutzbar. Man fliegt ständig raus. Keine TV apps / Smart TV. Klima geht nicht automatisch aus. Jedes Mal wenn die Terassentüre offen steht, muss man die Klima ausmachen. (Wurde uns in einem lautem Ton mitgeteilt) Die Stadt ist toll. Die Unterkunft war teuer, der Gastgeber hat gut verdient, jedoch hat er sich eine negative Bewertung hochverdient. Ich kann niemand einen Aufenthalt hier empfehlen.

Apartament zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami, bardzo komfortowy, z klimatyzacją w sypialniach, czysty. Zawiera wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. 3 łazienki bardzo się przydają przy dużej rodzinie. Basen na wyłączność. Gospodarze bardzo pomocni, na miejscu, nienahalni. W każdej chwili można poprosić o pomoc. Na przeciwko park z placem zabaw dla dzieci. Najbliższy sklep spożywczy 300m od apartamentu. Stare Miasto w zasięgu spaceru. Wiele plaż do wyboru. Zdecywanie polecam. Gdybym wybierała się jeszcze raz do Rovinj wybrałabym ponownie ten apartament.

Det var et meget fint hus, hvor der ikke var noget at komme efter. Det hele fungerede upåklageligt. Da køleskabet ikke ville køle ordentligt, kom værten med en ny næste dag. Vi vil meget gerne komme tilbage en anden gang.

Super Apartment, sehr netter Gastgeber. Hat alles astrein funktioniert. Sehr zentral im schönen Städtchen Rovinj gelegen.

Had a great stay. The apartment is in a great location approx 10 min walk from Rovinj town centre. There is a local convenience store just 5 mins walk away and a selection of larger supermarkets less than 5 mins drive away. The nearest public beach is 1 mile walk so approx 15 mins (although we didn't use it). As well as the multiple restaurants in Rovinj itself there are also a few places only a short walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for us (a family of four with grown up kids) - very clean and tidy and lots space. The host, Karlo was very welcoming and lives next door so was on hand if needed but never intrusive. The pool is a nice size and well maintained - the yard gets the sun over the middle of the day into the afternoon and there are a couple of sun shades and four loungers. There is a plancha style BBQ to use which we used one night which was great. Would stay here again.

The photos and description of the accommodation are very accurate. Communication happens unfortunately outside of AirBnB, the host (or better said, the reservation manager) will ask you to contact the host via another platform outside of AirBnB. Other than that, check-in was smoothly. The accommodation was very clean, however, the internet speed is very poor. It's extremely slow, often times we just used our roaming/mobile data from our phones instead of the wifi. The two upstair rooms face the street and the walls are quite thin which means you'll hear the traffic from outside very well. We've been to Rovinj before and didn't have this problem at our other accommodation. Check-out was easy though and the host even wrote us that we've forgot a charger, thanks for that again!
