Villa Ariana, located in a very quiet location and surrounded by nature, is made for people and families who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city during their vacation. With its modern design, simple lines and soothing earthy tones, the villa provides guests with a relaxing feeling of home. In the completely fenced outdoor area there is a spacious swimming pool, summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table, outdoor shower and garden furniture and deck chairs. There is a covered parking lot for two cars on the property.
Villa Ariana can accommodate up to 4 adults. In the open space there is a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a fireplace and a toilet. There are also two bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom.
The small town of Sveti Petar u Šumi is located in central Istria, not far from Poreč, Rovinj and Pazin.

Sveti Petar u Šumi is located in the center of Istria. In the immediate vicinity, there are all necessary amenities (restaurants, taverns, banks, pharmacies, doctors, shops). The cities of Žminj and Pazin are less than 10 kilometers away. It is 30 km from Rovinj and its beautiful beaches. Your children and I believe you too will be delighted to go to the adrenaline park Glavani, Medieval Theme Park Sanc. Michael and the Festive Kingdom (children's farm for socializing with animals and tours of the cave complex that leads to the underground lake and limestone formations)
The guests can cancell free of charge untill 30 days before arrival. If the guest cancels reservation 29-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation, after that will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
