Casa MIA is located in the small, picturesque town of Pićan, in central Istria. The town is located on a hill and is surrounded by untouched nature and greenery. In Pićan itself and nearby places there are all the necessary facilities.

Casa MIA is a traditional, Istrian stone house that, through careful renovation, has become a very pleasant oasis for a relaxing vacation and escape from the hectic lifestyle. The house is equipped with furniture made of solid wood and decorated with earth tones that give a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

On the first floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room and a toilet. On the second floor of the house there is a large living room, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the reservation. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start date, a full refund is paid if canceled within 48 hours of confirmation and at least 14 days before the start date. After that, a refund of 50% of the amount is paid up to 7 days before the start of the reservation. After that, there are no refunds.
